- The student explains how IoT (Internet of Things) works and understands its foundation.
- The student employs complete and compact design documentation.
- Student presents and discusses his own IT project.
- The student lists the components of a SbC.
- The student is able to define, list and explain IoT design patterns.

Assessment methods |
The effects are verified when checking partial laboratory tasks and the final project.
The effects of 1,3,5 while assigning partial answer at laboratory tasks
2,4 effect during the presentation and defense of the final project

Grading policies |
All sub-tasks performed during the laboratory and a final project are graded separately. The final grade is a weighted average of the abovementined garades. |

LABORATORY
1. Implementation of a series of sub-tasks on IoT environment. Tasks will be determined by the instructor at the beginning of classes.
2. Implementation of the project proposed by teachers using available components. Students have the opportunity to propose their own ideas for a final project.
Thematic range of final projects:
? programming of robots,
? the use of mobile devices to control
? Internet of Things using the Raspberry Pi Grove and Picoboard
? programming and designing access control devices,
? analysis of biometric data. |
